Start your New Year in a positive and supportive way by joining our Support Group Event on New Year's Day! This is a safe, welcoming space where you can connect with others, share your experiences, and receive support. Whether you’re facing personal challenges, dealing with mental health struggles, navigating relationships, or simply want to reflect on the past year and set new intentions, this event is for you. Let’s start the year together with conversation, compassion, and community.
Event Details:
Date & Time: New Year's Day | 12pm-130pm
Location - My home - 9 Petrie Close, Kewarra Beach.
Theme: New year, new beginnings—A safe space to talk, connect, and support each other.
Please bring journal or paper pen.

The event will be hosted by Stacey Anderson, a Holistic Counsellor, Life Coach, Meditation & Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist, and Author of the wellness book Your World Within. With 20 years of experience in the wellness industry, Stacey is passionate about creating spaces for healing, growth, and authentic connection. She holds a Mental Health First Aid Certificate and is deeply committed to supporting self-love & well-being.
What to Expect:
Confidentiality & Support: Everything shared stays within the group, ensuring a trusting and safe space for everyone.
Inclusive Environment: This group is open to all, regardless of background, identity, or experience. It’s especially welcoming for individuals navigating mental health challenges, relationships issues, societal pressures, and personal growth.
Open Forum: Feel free to bring any topic you feel comfortable discussing—whether it’s something from the past year, challenges you’re currently facing, or things you’d like to leave behind. This is your space to talk, listen, and reflect.
Emotional Support Dog: Stacey’s small Maltese Shitsu dog will also be onsite for additional emotional support. Known for their calming presence, pets can often provide a gentle source of comfort.
